Day-Of Coordination is perfect for couples who want to find their own vendors and create a wedding vision all their own, but who want to relax and enjoy their day when it comes. Day-Of Coordination provides you with peace of mind that things will be taken care of to your specifications on the big day. Day-Of Coordination includes:

• Unlimited email and phone contact with myself
• Free initial consultation
• Up to 3 meetings, usually consisting of a mid-way through meeting, a final walkthrough of your ceremony and reception site, and a pick-up of your wedding supplies a few days before your wedding
• Assistance with vendor referrals
• Creation/distribution of timeline to your vendors
• Set-up and coordination of ceremony and reception sites
• Distribution of flowers to bridal party
• Cueing musicians
• Confirmation that the marriage license is signed and given to the officiate
• Guest coordination and assistance
• Coordination of small details
• Coordination of return of cake topper, serving set, etc. to designated person
• Distribution of payments
• Wrap up of night
